Swedish - A relaxation inducing massage that uses long light sweeping strokes to reduce stress & improve circulation.

Deep Tissue - Targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons, & facia (dense connective tissue). The technique is similar to Swedish, but there is far more pressure & can sometimes be painful.
